Health Walk - Tuesday 13th December - We gathered at the Sports Centre; today there were ten of us plus Gareth, our leader.  It was windy but fortunately the sun was shining so we were all in good spirits.

Surprisingly some of us didn't notice this sign as we entered the Park.  From the Sports Centre it's nigh on impossible to enter the Park without passing through woodland.  Anyway we pressed on knowing we had been warned so probably not covered by insurance.  We turned right and followed the paths down to the Lake.  From there I'll let you work out the route from the photographs.
