Health Walk - Thursday 16th May 2013

Back to normal today except Brian is still convalescing, we all wish him well and hope he'll be back with us soon.  Again I walked from home to lead the short walk and Elizabeth led the longer walk with Helen as the Back Marker and, for the first time, we all did the last few yards together.

Our (Michael & Sue) cousins Graham and Kim, we often see them on our Health Walks, which is the only time we do apart from weddings and funerals.
