Sunday 5th February - Tea Shop, we weren't on duty today but as it wa a miserable misty morning we thought we would go and support Maureen and Linda.
I needed a walk, my clothes are starting to be even tighter, so I walked from our house on Croston Road and Sue came by car as I arrived.
My track was along Mill Lane, Centurion Way, crossed Stanifield Lane and through the estate onto Lydiate Lane, Nell Lane, Shady Lane and Berkeley Drive.

These are along Mill Lane, the second one is the crossroads with Hall Lane.  This is the way I used to walk to work many years ago when I was at Spurrier Works, now an industrial estate.

From the motorway bridge in Lydiate Lane and Nell Lane.  It seemed like it was raining walking up Nell Lane because the snow/ice on the trees, which can be seen in the photo, was melting rapidly.

Maureen and Linda at work.  The sun is shining as I write this so perhaps they will get plenty of customers after all.
