We first met during 1968 but only noticed each other in 1969
We exchanged wedding rings on Christmas Day 1969
We set up home together on 4th January 1970
We decided not to have any more children, each having a boy and a girl. Susan's children lived with us, mine with their mother. Every other weekend we had four children, the weekend in between we had none.
We were legally married on 12th June 1971
Susan' mother moved in in 1983, a year after Susan's father died.
At one time, for a year, we had the three of us plus Steven and Marie and Trudie and Lloyd when they were between houses.
