Private view: Thursday 31st July, 6 - 9pm The Seduction of Place reunites four artists Sarah Finn, Dominic Hawgood, Louise Taylor and Stacey Yates, who were invited to create work in response to Aldborough Hatch Farm, a farming community located at the end of East London and the beginning of Essex. As part of a wider archiving project looking at the social history of the farm, this collaboration merges sound and photography as it explores the tensions locked within a space steeped in history but unsure of its future. Bringing this exhibition back to the East End where the community originated from, these artists allow us to reshape and re-imagine the site.
