The first introductory Health Walk conducted by Pauline.  Only a few people came but that could be because they were representing organisations.  Pauline explained the purpose of the walks etc., then she took us along the path on the south side of the hall, then into the pinetum and back to the Barn.  It was a leisurely stroll with pauses for Pauline to explain things.  Two lads from the Sports Centre were there, Gaz and Eliot.  (I know Pauline’s gone on to greater things but the way she talked CVP is in her blood.)

Maureen was there too and she said some of her ladies at the hall with motorised wheelchairs would like to take part, which Pauline seemed amenable to.  They have enough power for the hills but can’t get through the kissing gates on their own.  Maureen and I said we’d help with them.
