Thursday 23rd December

Today was I was the only one who turned up for the Health Walk, apart from four Walk Leaders - a Ranger, the Education Officer, the Wild Life Officer and a Friends Committee Member - all qualified walk leaders, except me of course.   I now have the distinction of being the only person to have taken part in all the Health Walks.

Darren and Maureen opted out leaving David and Ruth to 'escort' me round the trail, about an hour, however I went off on my own afterwards.

The ducks seemed desperate for food! but the gulls seemed happy enough.  The river is frozen over in many places.  Click on these photos to see a larger one. I took a lot more but I haven't put them on the site.
