Health Walk - Tuesday 19th August 2014

Today the sun was shining.  I decided to cycle to the Barn.   Who would be the leader?  Helen agreed to lead and twelve of us set off into the Pinetum - Helen was concerned that after all the rain the path at the end of the Cinder Path would be very muddy as it had been recently.  We walked over the New Bridge and up into Gravel Hole Wood. We paused a while to recover from the climb up into the wood and I looked up into the trees to see the canopy of green leaves/needles

Walking round the Lake we noticed that the ducks didn't flock towards us, they were being fed by a man and his children.

At the Stone Bridge we elected to walk back up the hill towards the Barn, we had had a late start as no leader had been scheduled
