Health Walk - Tuesday 7th October 2014

Well the sun didn't bless us this morning.  Drizzle and rain but nevertheless ten of us turned up to walk.  We had a new walker today, Bernard, in the shorts.  Brian asked Helen to lead and she took us round the south side of the Hall.

Our first rest after we had climbed up to the Lake.  We had disturbed the Heron and we are watching it fly across the water.

Because of the rain Helen chose a slightly shorter walk but despite the rain we all thoroughly enjoyed the walk and companionship.  Thanks Helen.
