Health Walk - Tuesday 14th October 2014

We walked from the barn along the cinder path, writes Sandy, and down through the woods down to the bridge, around the lake and through the woods and back up “cardiac hill”.  Helen led and Elizabeth M, Elizabeth H, Carol W, Jacquie, Carmel and I walked.  It was a little breezy and cloudy, but not too cold.  Enjoyed by all!
