Health Walk - Thursday 6th November 2014

Well it was supposed to be raining but it was dry and remained so for our walk, no sunshine today.

David was leading and he took us on the reverse of last Thursday's walk.  Here he is leading us down the Hall Drive towards the Cinder Path

We have left the Cinder Path and are about to join the Cycle Track

We did a slightly shorter walk than usual because some of us wanted to go the the Women's Institute coffee morning at the Woodsman (nee Hayrick)

We welcomed Janet, a new walker with us.

Today's walks, Sue and Carmel did the blue route, the rest of us followed the red one.
