Health Walk - Thursday 5th March

David was the Leader.  He was accompanied by Carmel, Carol, Carole, Chris, Dorothy, Elizabeth M, Helen, Jacquie, Linda D, Pauline, and Sandy. 

He led through the car park, past the completed work on the Visitor Centre’s electric cable, down the hill turning right along the valley.

We passed the maintenance work underway on the ford,

continuing along the valley floor

and turning up into the wood.

We looped around the field and then the lake, walking on down over the stone bridge

and climbed through the wood, stopping for a group photo.  David led us back to the barn via the cinder path. 
We were delighted that three of our regular walkers, Bernadette, Jim & June, who have not been well, came for coffee Bernadette's sister came too but she goes home today. 

Bernadette is hoping to come Tuesday for just a VERY short walk.
