Health Walk - Tuesday 23rd June 2015

A dry sunny morning, warm in the sun but cool in the shade.  We had ten walkers - Barbara N, Helen, Irene S, Irene T, Jacqueline, Kath, Maureen, Michael, Peter and Sue.  It was Kath's first walk and Peter's first time out this year.

Many of our regular walkers were on a WI trip to Port Sunlight

Helen led us off towards the Cinder Path.

As we reached the Sue Ryder Drive Jacquie, Peter and Sue left us to do a short level walk - green route.  Jacquie is dancing like a young girl in love!

We walked round Cock Cabin Pond then down through Walkers' Wood over the Stone Bridge and into

Dog Kennel Wood. The buttercups are blossoming throughout the Park       

Through Gravel Hole Wood, up Cardiac Hill, into the Pinetum and back to the Barn.
