Health Walk - Tuesday 21st July 2015

A warm morning, a bit muggy with rain in the air but it held off for us.

We had ten walkers today- Carmel, Carol, Carole, Debora,Elizabeth E, Elizabeth H, Jacqueline, Michael, Peter, Terry and Deborah's two dogs.  Deborah, Peter and Terry are new walkers.

Michael led off towards the Cinder Path.

Today's photos won't guide you round the walk as there are only two really.

We walked round Cock Cabin Pond.  Peter caught a glimpse of the Kingfisher!  Here we realised that we were three short!  Carmel walked back a little way to find them but we decided that they had missed the turning, whether deliberate on not we will never know - green route.

We carried on through the wood, back on to the Cycle Track and down through Walkers' Wood to the Stone Bridge

We walked up and round the Lake and into the Field

Already we are forming two groups again but we ended up with three.

We walked back down to the Lake and up into Dog Kennel Wood, through Gravel Hole Wood and back to the Barn via Cardiac Hill and the Pinetum.
