Health Walk - Thursday 30th July

David H led the walk.

There were only eight of us today.  David H, Elizabeth M, Gwen, Jacqueline, Linda E, Mary, Michael and Paul.  It was Paul's first time.

David was leading again and he started off in the Pinetum.

We were watching the Rudd again but on the far side there was a larg Carp
