Health Walk - Thursday 10th September

Again there were only nine of us today.   Ann, David H, Elizabeth H, Frankie, Linda E, Michael, Paul, Sandy and Sue.  It was Ann's first time and she will be coming again.

Lots of sunshine.

David volunteered to lead again.

We left out Walkers' Wood this time but now Sue decided that she would leave the walk and prepare our refreshments.  Sue whilst covering some of our later path diverted again at the end - green route.

David explained his next moves which involved walking through Dog Kennel Wood, Gravel Hole Wood and back along the Cycle Track to the Stone Bridge to avoid Cardiac Hill
