Health Walk - Thursday 1st October 2015

We had ten walkers today - Carole, David H, Gwen, Linda D, Linda E, Mary, Michael, Paul, Sandy and Sue.  

It was a superb sunny morning - we are still enjoying the Indian Summer

David agreed to lead and outlined where he would take us.  We set off to the Cinder Path

We continued up into the field

We left Cam Lane and descended into Green Wood and followed to path back to Hawks Clough where we entered the field and walked down to the Stone Bridge and up Snake Hill to the Barn,

It was a great walk, good for the soul and the body.  It took probably over 70 minutes, thanks David
