Health Walk - Thursday 8th October 2015

We had 19 walkers today - Ann, Bernadette D, Carmel, Carol, Colin D, David H, Frankie, Graham, Irene S, Joanne, Julie, Linda E, Linda P, Mary, Michael, Paul, Peter, Sandy and Sue.  It was Bernadette, Colin and Graham's first walk with us.

It was another sunny morning - we are still enjoying the Indian Summer

David took on the mantle of the lead and outlined where he would take us.  We set off towards the Pinetum

Peter and Susan decided not to climb up into Gravel Hole Wood so set off along the riverside away from us.

Out on to the Cycle Track, where David is helping a cyclists with directions, and into Cock Cabin Wood.  You may have noticed that here we caught up with Peter and Sue - green route and green arrows where they walked the same route as us which they di apart from going up into the woods and field
