Health Walk - Tuesday 7th November2017

Today we had thirty-three walkers. A very wet morning. Congratulations to all who turned up.
Lawrence was leading the main walk with Frankie back marking. Suzi led the Elite group with no back marker.

Over the Wooden Bridge and up into Gravel Hole Wood, through Dog Kennel Wood, through the Kissing Gate into the Field, now on Cam Lane. They dropped down to the Lake and walked round the Lake, down the Long Steps, along the bottom of the Dam, across the Stone Bridge and up into Walkers Wood. Out on to the Cycle Track and into Cock Cabin Wood, round the Pond and back down Bikers Hill, Up Snake Hill and back to the Barn.
The Elite walkers avoided the Lake walking down the Slope, over the Stone Bridge and up Snake Hill. They turned right through the Kissing gate and went round the sunny, ha ha it was raining hard, side of the Hall, past the Sue Ryder Cafe and back round the road to the Barn.
