Today we had thirty-one walkers and Otis & Paddy - another sunny day and the cold didn't spoil our enjoyment.

Meanwhile Esther, park ranger, is salting the road outside the Barn - I stopped to let Suzi out and when I let in the clutch to move away I started going backwards! I had to roll back and find an iceless surface

Work progressing on the veranda deck.

We walked on down Snake Hill the Elite walkers following us a little behind.

John turned up Bikers Hill and took us into Walkers Wood.  The Elite group avoided Walkers Wood going straight up to Cock Cabin Wood

Both groups walked through Cock Cabin Wood anti-clockwise, various comments but it was agreed the ice wasn't thick enough to skate on although it made Keith think of Torvil and Dean

John led the main group over the M6 where Philip, his first walk with us, pointed out

we saw this generator

There was activity in the field across the road when we left the Park?

John took us round the north side walking anti-clockwise along the path.

We came out of the Park and back-tracked to reach the Cinder Path where we left the Cycle Track and followed the Elite walkers back to the Barn.
