SAILING

Michael's main interest was sailing.

He was a member of Glasson Sailing Club from 1981 but in October 2013 when attempting to stop the Committee from taking powers away from the members he was vilified at the AGM and in the Club Newsletter.  In 2014 he was not invited to renew his membership.

In November 2008 Michael received an Award from the RYA for services to the sport of sailing
