We carried on along Cam Lane past the Ponderosa to the end.  We crossed Sheep Hill Lane and entered Sheep Hill Wood via Glenmore walking to the Top of the World.  Carrying on to the right we eventually came out on to Sheep Hill Brow crossing back into the Park again and walked along the Avenue of Oaks, planted to commemorate the queen mother's 80th birthday, walking along the Cycle Track to cross

I saw this woman painting and couldn't resist photographing her, I later discovered she was with a group of artists who were from New Longton Artists and Friends Outdoor Painting Group.

I walked down to talk to her and couldn't resist walking across the Ford, the river was quite docile, something I've wanted to do for ages

By now I was well behind, everyone had disappeared up Snake Hill but hello
