Today we had thirty walkers - another good turnout for a Thursday

We had a lovely morning for the walks, dry, mild and overcast but the sun came out as we finished just before we had drops of rain

Suzi led the Elite walkers down Snake Hill, up Bikers Hill, anti-clockwise round Cock Cabin Wood, back down Bikers Hill across the Stone Bridge round the Picnic Area up the Long Steps to the Lake, down the Short Steps, along the river, over the Wooden Bridge, up Cardiac Hill into the Pinetum and back to the Visitors Centre

the Cinder Path.  Leaving the Cinder Path we walked along the Cycle Path all the way to the Stone Bridge which we crossed on to Cam Lane, up the Slope and round the east side of the Lake, through the Kissing Gate and up the steps into the Field.

Carrying on along Cam Lane to Hawks Clough and then up the path past the Ponderosa.

We pressed on to the top of Sheep Hill, crossed the road and walked down to cross back into the Park opposite Back Lane.

We followed the Cycle Path to the Wooden Bridge, walked up Cardiac Hill into the Pinetum and back to the Visitors Centre.
