Sheila:  "A day that threatened heavy rain first thing turned out to be a very pleasant morning for the walk for the main group of 16 (plus Paddy) led by James with Lawrence back marking. The Elite group led by Colin and back marked by John B had 7 participants today."

James led the main group into the Pinetum and down Cardiac Hill turning right to walk along the Cycle Path, leaving it to walk along the river a we passed the Covert Pond coming out to cross Sheep Hill Lane, enter Sheep Hill Wood

walking up to the fourth pond before coming out into Rowan Croft, Wood End Road, Back Lane and back into the Park at the bottom of Town Brow, along the Cycle Path to the Wooden Bridge, up Cardiac Hill, into the Pinetum and back to the Visitors Centre.
